Raudenbush provided design services on top construction projects in central PA

Two projects that Raudenbush provided design services for were on the Central Penn Business Journal's list of top construction projects in central PA.

Ranked at number four, the Penn State Harrisburg Educational Activities Building involved the renovation of, and addition to, the EAB to maximize classroom space in the existing building and add 51,000 SF of space for an engineering laboratory and more classroom space. Raudenbush provided survey (partial boundary & topographic), preliminary and final land development plans, FAA approval, municipal approvals, landscape plans, campus utility coordination, fire protection services coordination and landscape architectural treatments.

Ranked at number 6, the new Middletown Area High School was a $40 million phased construction project to replace the existing 50 year old building that housed 700 students in grades 9 through 12. There was sustainable design features added to the design as well as safety modifications. Raudenbush provided site surveying (including construction stakeout), land development plans, NPDES permitting, wetland mitigation design, retaining wall design, and construction administration.
